I'm thankful that hubby is doing so much better this week than last week. He's healing nicely from his surgery and is able to do more.I'm thankful that last weekends event for International Order of the Blue Gavel went well. The food was fantastic and the company was even better. A great time had by all.
I'm thankful that we are getting together with some boating friends for a wonderful Italian meal today. It's always nice to spend time with folks you love.
I'm thankful that hubby and I are going to meet Rhonda and her husband this coming weekend in San Francisco. It will be a whirlwind meeting, but at least we're meeting after all these years. It's not every day you get to meet folks from New Zealand.
I'm thankful for our health, our love for each other, our ability to be able to physically boat, and our being able to walk. I had a conversation with a friend last weekend who is having a hard time getting from point A to point B. Her legs just don't want to work anymore.
